Basic Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
Afternoon: Welcome activities, icebreakers, and team-building games.
(approximately 3pm)

Evening: Orientation Session, Introduction to camp rules, safety guidelines, and schedule overview. Dinner & Dessert, camp fire and group bonding activities.


Day 2: Adventure and Exploration
Morning: Breakfast followed by outdoor adventure activities.

Afternoon: Lunch and group challenges/workshops, crafting, or outdoor activities.

Evening: Dinner & Dessert, Campfire, and Storytelling.

 

Day 3: Departure

Morning: Breakfast and packing up belongings.

Mid-Morning: Final group activities or challenges.

 

Afternoon: Light Lunch, farewells and departure (approximately 1 pm).

 

Note:

For a longer camp program, additional days consist of similar activities as Day 2.

Parents, caregivers, deaf, hard of hearing children and siblings can start or end your spring break with other families in a mutually supportive environment at the Aspen Camp and throughout its beautiful natural surroundings. Experience late winter/early spring outings and play, build a snow fort, do art projects, explore the woods and ski area activities, full signing environment.

Cancellation Fee

Any last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days or more in advance of the beginning of a program will receive a full-refund, less the $50 (registration fee).

Cancellations 30 – 14 days before of the beginning of the program will full payment minus a $25 cancellation fee and the $50 non-refundable registration fee. 

Cancellations  14 days or fewer will receive no refund. Registration fees are not transferable to future programs.
