Retreat Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
Afternoon: Welcome activities, icebreakers, and team-building games. (approximately 3pm)
Evening: Orientation Session, Introduction to camp rules, safety guidelines, and schedule overview. Dinner and dessert, campfire, and group bonding activities.
Day 2: Boding and Celebration
Morning: Breakfast followed by outdoor adventure activities.
Afternoon: Lunch and Bonding Session/Activities.
Evening: Dinner and dessert, campfire, and camp celebration.
Day 3: Departure
Morning: breakfast and packing up belongings.
Mid-Morning: Final group activities/challenges.
Afternoon: Light lunch, farewells, and departure. (Approximately 1pm).
The Aspen Camp of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing invites those who are part of its diverse LGBTQIA+ community to join us for a weekend mountain getaway! We offer a safe and welcoming place, with others, who accept, honor, and celebrate the Queer community. Local mountain communities and our camp participants will have an opportunity to be immersed in nature, express themselves authentically, and connect with other community members.

At this time we only accept payments online. If you need a special payment plan, please contact us.
Cancellation Fee
Any last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days or more in advance of the beginning of a program will receive a full-refund, less the $50 (registration fee).
Cancellations 30 – 14 days before of the beginning of the program will full payment minus a $25 cancellation fee and the $50 non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellations 14 days or fewer will receive no refund. Registration fees are not transferable to future programs.
