Get ready for the Adult Snowshoe Retreat at Aspen Camp! Discover the magic of winter in Aspen Camp’s snow-covered wonderland. Trek through peaceful forest trails on snowshoes, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and soak in the beauty of Snowmass Creek. Then, spend a full day exploring the scenic Nordic trails through Ashcroft’s historic ghost town. Adventure, connection, and mountain serenity await!
Retreat Itinerary
SCHEDULE
March 6th Friday- Arrival Day- Please arrives after 4pm
March 7-8th (Saturday and Sunday)- Breakfast at Camp, Snowshoe and/or Nordic Cross Country Skiing throughout the day at Aspen Camp trail and at Ashcroft trails. Dinner at the Camp. Evenings- campfire and art/crafts and social.
March 9th Monday- Departure Day, please prepare to depart by 10am.
PRICE
$375 base price includes 3 nights in cozy cabins, 3 days meals, service/staff fees. Plus snowshoe and nordic skiing rentals and other activities.
Addons: Shuttle- $20 to/from Glenwood Springs & $10 to/from Aspen Airport.

Registration Information
Registration will be completed through CampDoc (Doc Network) — see the link below.
The base price is $375, which includes lodging, meals, snowshoe and nordic skiing rentals and other activities fees. You can choose to add shuttle transportation based on your preferences.

Shuttle service is available to/from Aspen Airport and Glenwood Springs (bus or train station).
A deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid monthly or through a special payment arrangement. All registration information must be completed before attending the retreat.
Parking:
Parking at camp is very limited. If you plan to drive, please note this on your registration form. You may be asked to park at a nearby Park & Ride and take a free shuttle to camp. If you drive directly to camp, AWD or 4×4 vehicles are highly recommended due to winter road conditions.
Cabins:
Our cabins are rustic and cozy, not luxury. Each cabin has bunk beds (21 bottom bunks and 21 top bunks). Bottom bunks are reserved for guests with accessibility needs. Cabins are first come, first served and are mixed-gender and mixed-identity.

Two upper cabins are heated by wood stoves. Aspen Camp staff will start the fire each evening, but guests will need to add wood during the night.

Two lower cabins have electric wall heaters.
Eligibility:
This retreat is for adults ages 21 and older and are part of the signing community (Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, CODA, ASL interpreters). Participants must have ASL skills at any conversational level. — interpreters or translators will not be provided at the camp.
