3 PM Arrival: Settling in, Orientation and introductions, Dinner, Evening Program

 

Day 2

Morning Mindfulness Practice, Outdoor Winter Orientation (Snowshoes Provided), Community Building, Art Projects and an Evening Program

 

Day 3

Morning Mindfulness Practice, Snowshoe Outing, Journaling, Star-gazing and Campfire

Day 4

Morning Mindfulness Practice, Program Closure, Noon Departure

This Adult Winter Camp weekend is designed to bring people together for connection in the natural world, with oneself and with others similarly needing a break from routines. Mindfulness practices of yoga, meditation and journal writing for relaxation, self care and a renewed sense of health will be woven through the weekend. Participants will experience snowshoeing on the 17-acre property of the Aspen Camp, stay in cabins with wood-burning stoves to enjoy group living, build wood fires for heat, and partake of healthy meals in a community-oriented atmosphere.

Cancellation Fee

Any last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days or more in advance of the beginning of a program will receive a full-refund, less the $25 (registration fee).

Cancellations 30 – 14 days before of the beginning of the program will full payment minus a $25 cancellation fee and the $25 non-refundable registration fee. 

Cancellations  14 days or fewer will receive no refund. Registration fees are not transferable to future programs.
