Thank You for Volunteering with Us!

We are excited to announce two Volunteer Weekends in 2025:

• May 29 to June 1, 2025
• October 16 to 19, 2025

The goals for these weekends are:

• May: Clean and prepare the campus for summer programs and activities.
• October: Clean up and close the campus for the winter season and programs.

Volunteer may come whole weekend or just one day or few hours. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Volunteer Activities

Tasks may include: Trail maintenance and cleaning, Removing old or dead wood and shrubs, Cleaning and organizing the kitchen, storage areas, and garage, Laundry and deep-cleaning bathrooms and common areas, Reorganizing activity rooms, Clearing out trash and recycling, Lawn mowing, Building small lumber projects, Splitting firewood and more!

We are also seeking volunteer chefs to help prepare meals throughout the weekend.

What We Provide

Volunteers will be provided with: Sleeping accommodations in shared cabins and access to the bathhouse, meals during the weekend and necessary work tools

Important Information

• Transportation: You must arrange your own transportation to and from Aspen Camp. We do not provide transportation.
• Waiver: Upon arrival, you will sign a waiver releasing Aspen Camp from liability for injuries. You are responsible for providing your own insurance coverage.
• Personal Items: You are welcome to bring your own tools, gloves, snacks, and beverages.

Open to All

This event is open to everyone—Deaf, signing, and hearing community members. We will provide an interpreter throughout the weekend.
